Narsing Lakhi

Narsing Lakhi is an accomplished professional in civil engineering and sustainability, currently serving as Project Manager for Bureau Schmidt since April 2022 and as Advisor/Project Leader in Civil Engineering for Gemeente Leeuwarden since December 2019. Previously, Narsing held the position of Project Leader in Civil Engineering at Gemeente Súdwest-Fryslân from July 2004 to November 2019. Narsing holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences from Open Universiteit, which was completed in July 2023, and an Ingenieur degree in Civil Engineering from HAN University of Applied Sciences, awarded in 2001.
