Niels Joustra

Niels Joustra is an experienced project leader in civil engineering and infrastructure, currently serving as a Project Leader and Advisor in the Civil Engineering Department of Gemeente Leeuwarden since April 2020. Previous roles include Project Leader in Infraprojecten, Gebiedsinrichting & Natuur at Brunel from 2009 to April 2020, and Policy Officer for Traffic and Transport at Gemeente Westerveld from 2000 to 2009. Early in the career, Niels Joustra worked as a Traffic Employee at Gemeente Emmen between 1997 and 2000. Niels Joustra holds an engineering degree in Traffic Engineering from NHL Hogeschool, earned between 1993 and 1997.
