Amber Saunders

Amber Saunders serves as the HR Director for Strategic Projects at Bureau Veritas Group, a global leader in Testing, Inspection & Certification Services, since January 2023, with an interim role as HR Director for Canada starting April 2024. Previously, Amber held multiple HR positions at Parker Hannifin from June 2007 to January 2023, culminating in the role of HR Site Leader for the Aerospace Stratoflex Division, providing strategic leadership and guidance. Earlier experience includes HR Representative and HR Specialist positions, where Amber focused on collaboration, HR metrics, and process documentation. Additionally, an internship with the Jacksonville Jaguars in early 2007 provided foundational experience in the NFL organization. Amber holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Florida and a Master Certification in Human Resource Management from Villanova University.
