Cesar Forigua

Cesar Forigua has a diverse work experience in various roles. Cesar started their career as a Supervisor at Supermercado el viejo - F&Q SAS in 1997 and stayed there until 2008. Cesar then worked as an Environmental Laboratories Accreditation Auditor at the Institute of Hydrology, Meteorology and Environmental Studies (IDEAM) from 2015 to 2017. From 2013 to 2014, Cesar served as a Commercial Manager at TCAS Ingerniería S.A.S. Cesar also had multiple roles at Soldaduras West Arco S.A.S. between 2008 and 2013, including Technical Engineer and Quality Management System Administrator. Cesar joined National Learning Service (SENA) in 2019, where they worked as a Quality Assessor in the Water Laboratory until 2020. Later, they became a Quality Assessor in the Calibration Laboratory from 2021 to 2021. In 2022, they worked as a Quality Assessor at the National Authority for Environmental Licensing (ANLA). Lastly, Cesar held the position of Lead Auditor at Bureau Beritas Certification starting in 2018, and they are currently the CEO at QLS Consultoría SAS.
