Chris Spaulding has had a diverse range of work experiences, primarily focused on auditing and operations management. Chris'smost recent role was as the Company Owner and Contractor at DC Quality Management, where they conducted certification audits and trained new auditors. Prior to that, they worked as an ISO Lead Auditor at Bureau Veritas Group, DEKRA North America, and Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc. In addition to their auditing roles, they also founded and directed an operations project management company, served as an Account Manager at Service Repair Solutions, and held various leadership positions in the U.S. Navy Reserve. Chris has also worked as a Senior Systems Analyst at L-3 Command & Control Systems and Software and as a Senior Manager in Data Services at Newgen Results Corporation.

Chris Spaulding has a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, obtained from 1978 to 1980. They also hold a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in Project Management from Colorado Technical University, earned between 2007 and 2008.
