Jose Rolon

Jose Rolon has a diverse work experience in various roles related to project management and facility condition assessments. Jose started their career in 1999 as an HVAC Tech at Dupage Mechanical, where they gained experience in commercial and industrial maintenance. Jose then worked as an HVAC Foreman at Metrotech Service Corp, handling maintenance, service, installation, and repairs of HVAC systems. Jose also worked as a Facilities Supervisor at Hospital Buen Samaritano, where they were responsible for the repair, installation, retrofit, and maintenance of HVAC systems and refrigeration. Jose later worked as a Senior HVACR Specialist at KLR Services, performing tasks such as troubleshooting, repairs, and overhauls of mechanical and electrical equipment. Jose also worked as an HVACR Specialist at Fournier A/C and Refrigeration, providing service, maintenance, retrofit, and installation in chain supermarkets. Jose then worked as a PBRU HVAC System Specialist at OUC, where they performed troubleshooting, maintenance, inspection, and preventive maintenance of HVAC and power plant mechanical equipment. Prior to their current position, Jose worked as an Engineering Technologist at Advantage Tech, where they performed Facility Condition Assessment inspections. Currently, Jose is a Lead Project Manager at Bureau Veritas Group, where they assist in project oversight and coordinates with clients for facility condition assessments and data collection.

From 2008 to 2012, Jose Rolon attended Everglades University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management.
