Rohit Kumar Gupta has a diverse range of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Rohit Kumar began their career as a Summer Intern at FedEX Express Transportation and Supply Chain Services, where they gained experience in sourcing and screening candidates, as well as scheduling interviews. Rohit Kumar then worked as a Sr. HR Executive at Placewell Consultants, where they managed recruitment and selection processes and utilized various sourcing strategies. After that, they joined IRIS CORPORATE SOLUTIONS as a Sr. Executive in Talent Acquisition, responsible for hiring IT professionals for E-Commerce, Product, Service, and Start-Up organizations. Rohit Kumar then joined hCentive as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, focusing on talent acquisition for the company. Currently, Rohit is working at Bureau Veritas Group, where they have held various positions, including Sr. Executive and Team Lead - Talent Acquisition. In these roles, they have been instrumental in building a diverse workforce and implementing learning management systems.
