Shubhi Tripathi

Shubhi Tripathi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2013, they worked as a Counselor in the Sales Department at Wisdom School of Management, Lucknow. Shubhi then joined SimplyHR Solutions LLP in 2014 as a Summer Intern, specializing in Talent Acquisition. In 2015, they moved to Ornatus Solutions Pvt Ltd as an HR Team Lead, where they worked until 2017. During this time, they gained expertise in HR management. In 2017, they joined Zomato as an HR Business Partner for Zomato Countries, and later took on the role of HR Business Partner for Hyperpure by Zomato. In this role, they played a key part in building and driving people initiatives for Zomato's B2B business 'Hyperpure', which grew from a 13-member team to a 700+ team in 10 cities. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Human Resources Manager - HRBP at Bureau, Inc., starting in March 2023.

Shubhi Tripathi completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources (PGDM-HR) from Jaipuria Institute of Management between 2013 and 2015. In addition, they obtained the certification of AMCAT Certified Marketing Manager from Aspiring Minds in May 2014.
