Andy Grason possesses extensive experience in agile methodologies and software development, currently serving as Practice Lead and Senior Consultant at Burendo since April 2021. Prior to this role, Andy held positions as an Agile Coach at cap hpi and as a Scrum Master at Sky and Lloyds Banking Group, where Andy notably led a significant £80m+ transformational program for General Insurance. Andy's career began at HBOS, progressing from Senior E-Commerce Developer to E-Commerce Development Team Leader, overseeing a wide range of online insurance offerings. Andy holds a degree in European Business with French from the University of Lincoln.
