Pete Alexander

Pete Alexander is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive search and talent acquisition across various sectors. Since August 2022, Pete has served as a Partner at Riviera Partners. Additionally, Pete has been a Non-Executive Advisor at Compass Executives since January 2013, contributing expertise to one of the leading healthcare executive search firms in the UK. Prior to these roles, Pete spent nearly eleven years at The Up Group as Director & Co-Lead of the Product, Technology & Data Practice, enhancing talent networks across Europe. Pete also has experience as a Senior Consultant at Skillcapital, specializing in building management teams for private equity-backed businesses in the consumer, retail, and leisure sectors. Academically, Pete holds a BA Hons in English and Philosophy from the University of Nottingham and has completed A Levels in English, German, Geography, and Business Studies.
