Ivor Caldwell

Ivor Caldwell is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and technical consultancy. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Burendo since January 2025, Ivor previously held the position of Head of Software Engineering at BigChange, overseeing ten cross-functional teams and driving transformation in a private equity setting. As Director of Practices at Infinity Works from October 2015 to September 2023, Ivor led a team of Practice Leads to promote technical excellence among over 600 consultants across various disciplines. Ivor's career also includes key roles at Sky Betting and Gaming, Daisy Plc, Tempest Technology, Datong, Barco, and Concept Systems, with a strong technical foundation built through a BSc in Astrophysics from The University of Edinburgh and an MSc in Information Processing and Neural Networks from King's College London.
