James Lock

James Lock is currently working as a Service Designer at Burendo since July 2022. Prior to this, James held positions such as Lead User Researcher at Improbable, Lead Service Designer at Hippo Digital UK, and Design Manager at Motability Operations Ltd. With a background in Psychology BA Honours from The University of Manchester, James has also worked at various companies like Great State, Dare, Nomensa, and I CAN in roles ranging from Head of UX to Community and Events Fundraiser.
