Andy Lundberg

Andy Lundberg is a seasoned legal and arbitration professional with extensive experience in litigation and insurance law. Currently serving as Managing Director and a member of the Investment Committee at Burford Capital since July 2018, Andy also holds the position of Arbitrator/Master Mediator at the American Arbitration Association and has been a Fellow at the American College of Coverage Counsel since 2015. Prior to these roles, Andy was a partner at Latham & Watkins LLP from 1989 to 2017, where leadership included Global Chair of the Insurance Practice Group and Chair of the Los Angeles office Litigation Department. Career beginnings include working as an associate at Latham & Watkins and serving as a law clerk for Hon. George E. MacKinnon on the U.S. Court of Appeals. Educational achievements include a JD with honors from Harvard Law School and an AB with distinction in Philosophy from Stanford University.
