Gerrit Keen

Gerrit Keen has extensive work experience in finance and auditing. Gerrit began their career as an Auditor at KPMG Nederland and worked there for four years. Gerrit then joined Heineken Russia, where they held various roles including Accounting Consultant, Planning & Control Manager, and Planning & Control Director. Gerrit also worked at Ivan Taranov Breweries as a Finance Director. After that, they moved to Heineken Central & Eastern Europe as a Business Controller. In 2011, they became the Finance Director for Heineken Ethiopia. Gerrit later joined The HEINEKEN Company, where they served as the Finance Director (CFO) for Heineken Netherlands and as the Director of Business Control Global Commerce. Currently, they hold the position of CFO at Burg Group, starting in 2023.

Gerrit Keen completed their education at the University of Groningen, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Economics from 1990 to 1996. Following this, they pursued a Post-Graduate Accountancy (RA) program at the same university from 1996 to 1998.
