Ayse K. has extensive experience in procurement, currently serving as the Head of Procurement at Burgan Bank Türkiye since October 2015, where responsibilities include developing Group Procurement strategies for subsidiaries in the MENA region and Malta, and managing procurement teams for IT and Corporate Services. Prior to this role, Ayse K. held the position of Corporate Services Procurement Manager at HSBC from January 2014 to September 2015, successfully implementing strategic sourcing plans and achieving significant cost reductions. Earlier experience includes serving as Indirect & Services Procurement Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from May 1998 to December 2013, where collaboration with global category teams and vendor performance monitoring were key duties. Ayse K. began a career in procurement as a Purchasing Specialist at VitrA Karo from 1995 to 1997. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Heriot-Watt University and a BA from Boğaziçi University.
