Fatima Nighat Sharif

Fatima Nighat Sharif has extensive experience in information systems security and cybersecurity compliance, currently serving as the Manager of Information and Cybersecurity Compliance at Burgan Bank since January 2025. Previously, Fatima held key roles at The Industrial Bank of Kuwait as an Information System Security Officer, where responsibilities included developing security policies and establishing a Risk and Compliance Framework. At Kamco Invest, Fatima advanced to Assistant Manager of Information Systems Security, focusing on policy development and security audits. Past positions also include Senior Information System Security Officer at Kuwait Finance and Investment Company, addressing compliance with regulatory standards, and other roles in administration and IT coordination. Fatima holds a Master of Science in Cyber Security from EC-Council University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
