Artur Roshchenko's work experience began in 2006 as a Database Developer at RDTEX, where they developed and launched a credit risk monitoring system. Artur then worked at Loyalty Partners Vostok as a Direct Marketing Manager, where they integrated the Malina program and significantly reduced partner expenditures on email campaigns. At VTB24, Artur served as a Team Leader and successfully launched and managed the pre-approved car loans product, exceeding sales targets. After that, they joined MDM Bank as the Head of the secondary sales department and later became the Head of the targeted marketing department. Currently, they are working at Burger King as the Head of Digital Sales, CRM, and Loyalty, where they are responsible for driving sales through various digital channels and implementing loyalty programs.

Artur Roshchenko obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Math from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) from 2002 to 2006. Artur then pursued a Master's degree in Quantum electronics from the same institution from 2006 to 2008. In 2009, they passed Level 1 of the CFA Institute, studying Economics. Additionally, they obtained the Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate certification from Thomson Prometric in 2007.
