Nikita Mathew

Nikita Mathew is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Burger & Lobster Restaurant Group Limited since February 2019, with previous roles including HR Business Partner and HR Advisor within the same organization. Prior to this, Nikita held the position of HR Advisor (Interim) at McDonald's from April 2018 to December 2018 and worked as an HR Assistant at the London Borough of Hackney from April 2017 to April 2018. Academic qualifications include a CIPD designation in Human Resources Management from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Centennial College School of Business. An undergraduate degree in English Language and Literature was obtained from Mahatma Gandhi University.
