In 2011, they became a Marketing Executive at vPoint JSC. In 2012, they moved to Lotte Department Store as a Marketing Executive. In 2015, they became a Digital Media Specialist at Geniee International. Pte.Ltd. In 2017, they became a Brand Manager at Golden Gate Restaurant Group (Ha Noi). In 2019, they became a Marketing Manager at Đăng Khoa Group and in 2021 they became a Marketing Manager at BurgerPrints.

Phuong Ha Hoang Hoanghatq2003 obtained a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from ESCP Business School in 2019, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from National Economics University (Vietnam) prior to that.
