Daniel Kayser

Daniel Kayser heads the Human Resources Service Center with the areas of HRM coordination, personnel support, development, and payroll. After his initial commercial training at the vocational school, he completed a theology degree, specialized in the field of human resources, continued his education as an NPO manager (VMI), and obtained the Swiss Federal Diploma. Diploma as Head of Human Resources. At the end of the 1990s, he started as a supervisor at the former workshop and residential center in Basel (BSB area) and in 2000 took over the management of the BSB's HR competence center. Before that, he held various commercial positions at SMEs and worked as a pastor.
