Alison Burd

Alison Burd is an experienced Learning & Development professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Learning & Development Advisor at Burges Salmon LLP since March 2021, Alison previously held the role of Learning and Development Assistant at DAC Beachcroft LLP from March 2017 to March 2021. Prior to this, Alison was a Learning and Development Specialist and Senior Claims Handler at DAS UK Group from May 1998 to November 2016. Alison holds a Bachelor's degree in History from The Open University (2012-2020) and a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Law from Southampton Institute of Higher Education (1994-1997).
