Andrew Eaton

Andrew is head of the firm’s banking and finance team and also leads its corporate restructuring and insolvency practice.

Andrew has extensive experience in advising on domestic and cross-border distressed situations. He has advised numerous investors, companies, management teams, insolvency practitioners, regulators and pensions trustees in relation to debt and equity restructurings, contingency planning and formal insolvency in the public and private sector. Andrew is a Fellow of INSOL International and a member of R3, the ILA and Insol Europe.

In 2020 Andrew was awarded Finance Lawyer of the Year (outside of London) in the Legal 500 Awards.
