Andrew Mills

Andrew Mills is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in corporate law, particularly in UK and cross-border private equity transactions. Since April 2023, Mills has served as a Partner at Burges Salmon LLP. Prior to this, a partnership role was held at MJ Hudson from June 2013 to April 2023, where Mills was also the Head of M&A. Between April 2007 and April 2013, Mills worked as a Senior Associate at Clifford Chance, which included a secondment to Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Mills began the legal career as a Trainee Lawyer at Hogan Lovells from February 2005 to January 2007, including a secondment to 3i Group in 2006. Educational credentials include an LLB (Hons) in European Law from the University of Warwick and an LPC from Nottingham Law School.
