Chloe Parfitt

Chloe Parfitt serves as the Senior Digital Learning Manager at Burges Salmon LLP since March 2008, specializing in coordinating technical training within the Learning and Development Team. Previously, Chloe held positions as an IT Trainer Team Leader, responsible for designing and delivering training courses, and as an IT Trainer. Additionally, from July 2018 to January 2020, Chloe was a Board Member for LTC4, leading the Core Competency Review for the Legal Technology Core Competencies Certification Coalition. Chloe holds an MSc in Digital Education from The University of Edinburgh (2018-2020) and a Postgraduate Degree in Psychology of Organisational Development and Change Management from Middlesex University (2014-2016).
