Chris Simms

Chris Simms is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal sector. Currently serving as a Partner and Legal Director at Burges Salmon LLP since April 2017, Chris has demonstrated leadership in legal practice. Previous positions include Head of Legal and Compliance at Abellio UK from December 2013 to April 2017, and Senior Legal Adviser at The Office of Rail Regulation from September 2008 to December 2013. Early in the career, Chris was an Assistant Solicitor at Turbervilles from 2007 to 2008. Chris holds a degree in Modern History and English, History from the University of St Andrews, earned between 1997 and 2001.
