Emily Scaife

Emily is a Partner in their Banking and Finance team. She has experience working on a wide range of banking and finance issues with a particular emphasis on complex corporate restructuring and insolvency matters in the private and public sectors.

Emily acts for key stakeholders including investors, companies, management teams, insolvency practitioners, regulators and pension trustees on both domestic and cross border distressed matters.

Emily is a member of R3, TMA and IWIRC and is also a member of TMA’s UK Network of Women committee. She is recognised as a 'Next Generation Partner' by Legal 500 and was featured in INSOL International’s Young Practitioner Spotlight 2022.
