Hannah Malone

Hannah is an associate in the firm's employment team. She joined Burges Salmon in May 2019 after previously working at an international law firm in both employment law and dispute resolution.

Hannah advises on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment and HR issues. She has worked on claims in the Employment Tribunal relating to unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, sex discrimination and unlawful deduction from wages. She has also advised on day to day employment matters including TUPE, grievance and disciplinary investigations, contractual documentation and employee handbooks

Hannah is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and regularly attends conferences and seminars in relation to employment law issues.
