Hannah Petherick

Hannah has significant experience advising a wide range of clients on all aspects of family law. She specialises in resolving financial cases involving complex trust assets, business issues and pensions, arrangements for children (including international relocation) and drafting pre and post nuptial agreements. She sees clients in the Bristol and London offices.

She heads the Children Law practice, dealing with all private children law cases, including arrangements for children and relocation cases (internal and abroad).

Hannah sits on the Resolution Standards Committee. She is ranked in Chambers & Partners and recognised in the Legal 500.
