Hilary Barclay

Hilary Barclay is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in tax law and corporate taxation. Currently serving as a Partner at Burges Salmon LLP since November 2020, Hilary has held multiple roles including Director and Consultant. Prior to this, a tenure as a Senior Associate at Stephenson Harwood LLP spanned from October 2017 to November 2020. Hilary's extensive career also includes positions at Macfarlanes LLP, where roles included Senior Counsel in the Tax Group and Senior Solicitor in the Corporate Tax Group from April 2006 to September 2017, and at Slaughter and May as an Associate in Tax and Trainee Solicitor from September 1999 to 2006.
