Nick Graves

Nick Graves is a Partner in the Corporate Department at Burges Salmon LLP, a position held since March 2000, following a tenure as a Solicitor in the Corporate Department at Linklaters from 1994 to 2000. Specializing in corporate advice, equity capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions, Nick serves a diverse clientele that includes public and private companies as well as private individuals. Additionally, Nick is a member of the CBI South West Council. Educational credentials include the Professional Service Firm Leader Course from Cambridge Judge Business School in December 2022 and a degree from Durham University, along with attendance at Rugby School.
