Richard Leeming

Richard is a partner in the firm's Banking and Finance team.

For over 20 years Richard has specialized in Real Estate Finance, acting for the majority of UK clearing banks and, increasingly, debt funds, insurance companies, and other alternative lenders. Asset classes include PBSA, housing, mixed-use developments, and investment portfolios.

In conjunction with the network of preferred independent law firms, Richard regularly advises on cross-border transactions.

He also heads the firm’s Financial Services Sector Group.
