Robert Bailey

Robert is an associate in the firm’s dispute resolution team, having qualified in September 2018. Robert works with his colleagues to help clients arrive at the right solution to their issues, minimizing impact and maximizing success. He is supported by extensive dispute resolution practice with a proven track record in the highest-profile cases and cross-border, multi-sector expertise.

Robert specialises in real estate and insolvency disputes, including disputes relating to the Electronic Communications Code.

Robert is an active member of the Property Litigation Association and was the winner of the Association’s 2022 Alan Langleben Memorial Prize.
