Sarah Sackville Hamilton

Sarah is a senior associate in the firm's projects team, having joined as a trainee solicitor in 2013 and qualified in 2015.

Sarah has a wide range of experience with a particular focus on providing regulatory and contractual advice on environmental, low carbon and wider energy projects.

On the energy side, Sarah advises developers, investors and funders on the development and operation of energy assets including grid connection issues, supply licensing, incentive regimes, regulatory compliance and wider contractual arrangements.

Sarah's environmental experience spans advisory, transactional and litigious work. She advises clients on managing regulatory and contractual environmental risks in areas such as the contaminated land regime, waste duty of care, nuisance and product stewardship.
