Eric Perkins has a diverse work experience in the construction and real estate industry. Eric started their career in 1989 as the Division President at Perry Homes, leading the company for eight years. Eric then served as the Dallas Regional President at Toll Brothers from 1997 to 1999. Following that, they worked as the DP - Houston at Taylor Morrison from 1999 to 2001. Eric then joined Meritage Homes, where they held the position of VP Operations from 2001 to 2008. In 2009, they established their own company, Cactus Wood Homes, LLC, and served as the Owner until 2013. Later on, they became the Division President for San Antonio and Austin at Burgess Construction Consultants, Inc. Eric is also a member of HBA Greater Austin since 2005.
Eric Perkins earned a BA degree in Economics and Biology from Southwestern University between 1976 and 1980.
