Michael Quaid has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Michael started their career in 1989 as an Executive Superintendent at Barridge Construction Inc, where they worked until 2013. Michael then joined Revolution Construction as a Carpenter Foreman from 2014 to 2017. Following that, they worked at Airoom Architects, Builders, and Remodelers as a Production Superintendent from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they are employed at Burgess Construction Consultants, Inc. as the Vice President of the Phoenix Division, a role they have held since May 2021. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Construction Consultant/Energy Rater at the same company from 2018 to 2021.
Michael Quaid attended Northern Illinois University from 1983 to 1986. During their education, they obtained certifications such as OSHA 10-Hour certification, RESNET Rating Field Inspector, Residential International Energy Conservation Code Inspector, Commercial International Energy Conservation Code Inspector, Residential Building Inspector - B1, and Commercial Building Inspector - B2.
