Sonja Summer Pe

Sonja Summer, PE is a Traffic Engineer with extensive experience in traffic engineering and project management. Currently, Sonja is employed at Burgess & Niple since August 2023. Previously, Sonja worked at HNTB from July 2021 to August 2023, contributing to the Brent Spence Bridge project and holding multiple roles including Office Professional Development Manager and Local Intern Program Manager. Sonja's career began at the City of Columbus, where roles as an Engineer-in-Training involved managing USDOT projects and the Smart Mobility Hubs initiative from December 2016 to July 2021. Earlier experience includes a teaching assistantship at Ohio State University while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from 2014 to 2018.
