Steve Thieken began their work experience in 1994 as a Transportation Engineer at Shaw, Weiss, & DeNaples. Steve then joined Burgess & Niple in 1996, where they held the position of Transportation Engineering and Planning Specialist. Steve eventually became a Vice President at Burgess & Niple.

Steve Thieken has a strong educational background in civil engineering.
