Taylor Franco

Taylor Franco is an Urban Planner at Burgess & Niple since January 2025. Prior experiences include a College Intern at the Ohio Department of Transportation, where Taylor developed a project screening tool for equity in discretionary grant applications and created informational materials about planning agencies. As a Parks and Recreation Assistant and P.A.R.K. Leader for the City of Grove City, Taylor contributed to community programs from June 2021 to December 2024. Additionally, Taylor served as a Transportation/Engineering Intern and Easton Future Vision Fellow at MORPC, collaborating on city planning and funding initiatives. Taylor holds a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University, expected in May 2025, following a Bachelor's degree in Environment, Economy, Development, and Sustainability from the same university, obtained in May 2023. Prior education was completed at the University of Oklahoma.
