Ian Griffiths

Ian Griffiths has extensive experience in scientific investigations, particularly in assessing incidents such as fires, explosions, and mechanical failures. As a Partner at Burgoynes since March 2004, Ian has conducted detailed investigations for over 1000 incidents across various environments, both domestically and internationally. Previously, Ian worked as an Associate, focusing on similar types of investigations. Ian's career started at AstraZeneca as a Technical Support Engineer, where responsibilities included the specification and maintenance of chemical plant services. Ian's foundational experience was gained during a Year In Industry Scheme at Zeneca, which also sponsored Ian's studies at the University of Cambridge, where an MEng in Engineering was obtained from 1997 to 2001.
