Omi Eaddie serves as the Director of Admission at Burgundy Farm Country Day School since July 2021 and previously held the position of Director of Admissions and Graduate Support at St. Andrews School from July 2017 to June 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing admissions for new K-5 families and managing related budgets and marketing materials. Prior experience includes directing the RVA Future Center to enhance college and career opportunities for Richmond Public Schools graduates, collaborating with multiple stakeholders as a Middle School Site Coordinator for Communities in Schools of Richmond, and various roles involving student support and mentoring while earning a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. Omi Eaddie also holds a Certificate of School Management and Leadership from Harvard Extension School.
