Burk-Kleinpeter, Inc, (BKI), founded in 1910 as a small architectural practice (William R. Burk, Architect), is one of the leading engineering and planning firms operating in the southeast region. The firm’s engineering practice has established it’s professional integrity, consistently ranked among the top 20 firms in the southern states, and has been included regularly in the Top 500 Design Firms in the United States by the Engineering News Record. This is a major accomplishment for a privately owned, New Orleans based firm.
