Henry Picard, III, has over 30 years of work experience in civil engineering. Henry began their career as a Project Engineer at HNTB in 1982, where they worked until 1990. In 1990, they joined Burk-Kleinpeter, Inc. as the Senior Vice President for New Orleans Operations. In this role, they are responsible for client coordination, project development, management, design, and construction. Henry has specialized expertise in drainage studies and design, transportation and traffic engineering, and railway engineering.
Henry Picard, III, PE PLS obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Orleans, where they studied from 1976 to 1981.
