Willie Sproul is an experienced estimator with a robust background in construction and real estate. Currently an estimator at Burke Construction Group since March 2018, Willie has previously held estimating positions at Boyd Martin Construction and Jaynes Corporation, where extensive responsibilities included competitive bidding, budget development, and subcontractor management. In addition to estimating, Willie served as Director of Acquisitions at StorRite Self Storage Property Group, focusing on investment analysis and feasibility studies, and was the President of Willburn "Willie D. Sproul, Inc., overseeing site development and consulting for underground utilities. Willie's earlier career also includes roles as an underground utility estimator, broker/salesman in real estate, and VP of Operations at International Language Programs, demonstrating a multifaceted skill set and leadership in various domains. Willie earned an MBA in Business Administration, Management & Strategy from Western Governors University and a B.S. in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
