Chuck Engelhardt has extensive experience in the food service and sales industry, spanning several decades. Since June 1998, Chuck has served as the Ohio Valley Region Manager for Burke Corporation, overseeing sales and marketing through a broker network. Prior to this role, Chuck managed the North Central Region for Odom's Tennessee Pride Sausage, Inc. from September 1991 to June 1998, covering five states. Chuck's career began in retail as a Journeyman Meat Cutter at Bill and Ralph's Choice Meats from 1967 to 1978, followed by various positions in sales and product management at Hillshire Farm & Kahn's for 13 years. Chuck attended the University of Cincinnati from 1969 to 1972.
