Jason Black has extensive experience in emergency services, currently serving as Major of Training/Operations and Paramedic at Burke County Emergency Services since January 1999. Additionally, Jason holds the position of Fire Chief at Brendletown Fire and Rescue since October 2002, where responsibilities include overseeing the administrative functions of a volunteer fire department engaged in firefighting, vehicle extrication, medical response, and search and rescue operations. Jason earned a degree in Critical Care Paramedic from the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 2008 to 2009 and completed education at Freedom from 1988 to 1992.
