Damon Jones

Damon Jones has extensive work experience in the market research industry. Damon started their career as a Field Supervisor at SIRS in 1990 and worked there until 1996. Damon then joined Burke, Inc. in 1996 and held various roles, including Sr. Field Manager, Manager of Training and Development, Manager of Telephone Operations, Director of Telephone Operations, and Vice President of Telephone Data Collection. In 2022, they became the Vice President of Community and Culture at Burke, Inc. Damon has also been actively involved in industry associations, including serving as Chairman of the Diversity and Education Committee at Insights Association: Great Lakes Chapter from 2014 to 2021, Immediate Past-President of Great Lakes Chapter, Marketing Research Association in 2015, and President of Marketing Research Association- Great Lakes Chapter from 2014 to 2015. Damon Jones completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Management/Marketing from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. In 2011 to 2012, they obtained a Certificate of Program Completion in Principles of Marketing Research from the University of Georgia. Furthermore, in 2021, Jones received a Diversity and Inclusion Certification from Cornell University. Prior to their university education, they attended Baldwin Wallace University in 1990 to 1991, and graduated from Walnut Hills High School in 1990.
