Katie Cimpello

Katie Cimpello, SPHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and recruitment. Currently serving as Talent Manager at Burke, Inc. since January 2021, Katie has previously held significant roles such as Talent Acquisition Manager at Centric Consulting, Regional Business Development Leader at Promark, and Human Resources Consultant at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. With a strong background in both human resources and organizational change, Katie has also contributed to diversity consulting and physician recruitment. Academic qualifications include a Master's of Science in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change from Northern Kentucky University and a Bachelor's of Arts in Communications from Bowling Green State University.
