Steven Lord

Steven Lord is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in leading service delivery teams and consulting practices. At Burkland Associates since October 2017, Steven serves as Managing Director, Head of Service Delivery, and Chief Knowledge Officer, overseeing critical financial functions for over 800 venture-backed startups. Steven has also held various leadership roles at The Strategist Group LLC, focusing on CFO/COO engagements in the fintech and SaaS sectors. Notable previous positions include Consulting COO at Elegran, trustee of the Village of Pleasantville, council member at GLG, and co-founder of Modern Money Group LLC. Steven holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.
