Ann Bruner, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Employee Relations & Development at Burlington Capital, a role held since March 2006, where Ann focuses on enhancing company culture through employee selection, training, and development while overseeing policies related to employment and benefits. Ann's expertise in human resources was further demonstrated through participation as a standard-setting panelist and exam item writing member for the SHRM Senior Certified Professional certification in 2015. Prior to these roles, Ann worked as a Project Manager for The Burlington Capital Group and Summit Ltd., managing international food aid programs. Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management (HR) from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a high school diploma from EHS.
