Diana Stewart

Diana Stewart has over two decades of experience as a Special Education Teacher at Burlington County Special Services School District, a position held since September 1995. In addition to their role in education, Diana has pursued artistry as a Stained Glass Artist at Designs by Di since September 1994, specializing in original stained glass windows using the Tiffany Foil Method. Diana also has experience as a Civilian Role Player with Lewis Limited Consultants from November 2012 to May 2014 and as a Role Player with Akima Infrastructure Services, LLC from April 2011 to October 2012. Diana holds a MAT in Special Education and Teaching from The College of New Jersey and a BA in English/History from Rutgers University.

Burlington County Special Services School District

1997, the forty-two school districts in Burlington County came together to create the Educational Services Unit in order to better meet the educational needs of exceptional students county-wide. Since its inception, the Unit has served the county as a division of the Burlington County Special Services School District. It has continually provided opportunities for shared educational programs and services to benefit both public and private school students and staff throughout the county. ESU strives to deliver the highest quality services in the most expedient and economical manner. The Unit exists to supplement and support programs provided within the local districts. The Unit continues to develop and implement a variety of state-of-the-art services to meet the new and emerging needs of an increasingly diverse student population.
